1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, or

  • in the case of a contract for multiple items ordered in one order and delivered separately, from the date you received the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
